All sales are considered final once the order has been processed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the following strict criteria must be met:

• Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

The following items are strictly excluded from our return policy:

• Clearance, "Final Sale," or discounted items.
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
• Personal care items (beauty products, piercings, intimate apparel).
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Digital downloads or gift cards.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us at sales@treasurecoastsolutions.net within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requirement: You must provide high-quality photos/videos of the damage and the original shipping label.
• Resolution: If approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a replacement or store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected:

1. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds (excluding damaged goods).
4. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
